Product is unused and in its original condition
Product is sealed and packaged as originally received
Product has not been opened or tampered with
A damaged or incorrect item was received
Used or opened products (perfumes, incense, mists)
More than 14 days have passed since the order was received
The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping fees if the reason is not due to a product defect or error in the order.
If the error is on our part, we will cover all related costs.
