At Bonito Perfumes, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return or exchange period from the date of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

✅ Accepted Cases:

• Product is unused and in its original condition

• Product is sealed and packaged as originally received

• Product has not been opened or tampered with

• A damaged or incorrect item was received

❌ Not Accepted:

• Used or opened products (perfumes, incense, mists)

• More than 14 days have passed since the order was received

Notes:

• The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping fees if the reason is not due to a product defect or error in the order.

• If the error is on our part, we will cover all related costs.
